How often should I wash my hair extensions?
If the hair starts to feel oily, dirty, or overtime becomes lifeless because of products you use then
go ahead and wash the hair. Take care of the
hair likes its your own hair.
Do you recommend any washing techniques?
Yes, Brush out the hair from the ends & work your way up. Once you are done work the shampoo & conditioner into the hair, mix half shampoo and half conditioner together. Do not twist, scrub or rub the hair. We strongly suggest to wash the hair gently in a downward motion with your palms. Be sure to rinse out everything with warm water.
Then, Gently work the conditioner into the hair extensions and leave in
for an hour or 1 hour and 30 minutes. Then rinse the conditioner out. Finally, Lay your hair extensions on a towel to air dry or you can blow dry your bundles on a low heat setting.
How many bundles should I purchase?
10" to 18"- 3 bundles
20" to 28"- 4 bundles
30"- 4-5 bundles
What is the color of the hair?
Natural hair color, 1B.

How long will the hair last?
With proper care it can last up to a year or more even. Moisturize your hair with the right hair products, use heat protector when you are styling the hair with a flat iron or curling iron, and only wash it if you really need to.
How long does shipping usually take?
It takes 4 to 10 business days.

How do I make an Exchange/Return?
No returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your bundles. You can email us at joanabundlesinfo@gmail.com so that
we can resolve any issues directly.
If we do accept your return for your purchase, all items must be returned within 5 to 7 business days. All bundles must be unworn and unwashed. If bundles are not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, it will be denied.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
-DO NOT cut your wefts, it will cause extreme shedding. Seal your wefts with weft sealer.
-Add a few drops of oil can keep the hair moisturized
(Recommended: Argan Moroccan Oil).
- Avoid using too much heat on your bundles.
-Use leave in conditioner and water on all curly, deep, and water wave textures
